Every Fall & Spring semester

Students will receive a link to a Google Form where they will upload:

• A PDF or screenshot of their Fall/Spring class schedule

• A preferred mailing address for their scholarship check

Maintain a cumulative and term GPA of 2.0 or above

Full-time enrollment of 12 units each term

If a student does not meet both academic requirements, they must submit an appeal to the scholarship coordinator with the following:

• Personal statement

• Unofficial transcript

• Any necessary supporting documents (if applicable)
