Today, I am excited to share our 2025 Spring State of Camino videos with you. This year, our theme - Unlocking Minds and Hearts - has guided our collective work and reflection. These videos explore two deeply connected elements that bring this theme to life: Intellectual Engagement and Belonging. Both are available in English and Spanish.
As always, you are welcome to watch both videos or choose the one that resonates most with you. They offer a chance to reflect on the progress we've made, identify areas where we can grow even more, and deepen our shared understanding of what drives meaningful learning and authentic connection across our network.
Our hope is that these videos spark reflection, strengthen communication and reinforce the sense of community that makes Camino Nuevo so special.
