Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Jamica Brazell is responsible for the day to day operations of CNCA’s Human Resources Department supporting the work in payroll, workers’ compensation, credentialing and new hire processing. Jamica has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources both in the private and public sector. Prior to joining CNCA she worked in Personnel Services for the San Jacinto Unified School District, where she supported a number of different functions of the Human Resources Department including recruitment, new hire onboarding, investigations, employee discipline, training & development, labor relations and union negotiations.
Jamica has completed the Association of California School Administrators’ (ACSA) Personnel Administrators’ Academy and possesses a Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Riverside Community College. Jamica is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of La Verne.
