Employer Contribution
At CNCA, we invest in your health! We cover a large portion of your benefit cost—$350/month if it’s just you, $475/month if you enroll with a partner/spouse/dependent, and $600/month for family coverage (2+ dependents). On top of that, we pay 50% of the remaining cost for your medical, dental, & vision benefits, so you get high-quality coverage without the high price tag.
