Non-Discrimination Statement

Admission to Camino Nuevo Charter Academy is open to any resident of the state of California. Camino Nuevo Charter Academy will not charge students tuition and will not discriminate on the basis of the characteristics listed in Education Code Section 220 (actual or perceived disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code, including immigration status, or association with an individual who has any of the aforementioned characteristics). Admission to Camino Nuevo Charter Academy is based on a lottery. If the number of students applying for admission exceeds openings available, entrance will be determined by a public random lottery. To be eligible for selection in the lottery, this application form must be complete, accurate and received by January 22.

La admisión a Camino Nuevo Charter Academy (CNCA) está abierta a cualquier residente de California. CNCA no cobra matrícula a los estudiantes y no discriminará a ningún alumno por discapacidad, género, identidad de género, expresión de género, nacionalidad, raza u origen étnico, religión, orientación sexual o cualquier otra característica incluida en la definición de crímenes de odio establecida en la sección 422.55 de el Código Penal. La admisión a Camino Nuevo está basada en un sorteo. Si el número de estudiantes aplicando para admisión excede el cupo disponible, la entrada será determinada por una lotería pública al azar. Para ser elegible para la selección en la lotería, este formulario de solicitud debe estar completo, preciso y recibido antes del 22 de enero.
